iPhone, can i touch you?

26/08/2008

There was a period back then when SingTel allowed reservations for the upcoming iPhone. Of course i sprang out of my bed and turn on my macbook!

After the much long wait and anticipation, it comes out.

Without me buying it.

Dumb.

The 8GB iPhone cost $348 2 year contract with a monthly payment of $56. If i trade in my Nokia N82, i’ll get $300. But the thing is that my parents hate the plan. They don’t mind sponsoring another $48 for the phone. They’re waiting till christmas and see if the price has gone down.

And sure by that time i’ll be SO FAR BACK. Since everyone got their iPhone months before me. Though i’ve no idea if N82 is way better than iPhone as it has the 5 Megapixel camera.

Someone said though, a good photographer doesn’t necessarily have the best camera equipment.

I need a Sony camera too. And i lost my watch because i put it under the table during the CMaths exam and i forgot to take it.

Must be Sherine Wong. LOLOLOL. Oops.

Make a nazri’s hate club. Please. That way, my blog will be publicize faster.

Anyways, i’m kinda pissed that the fact that Australia will be getting iPhone 3G ealier than Singapore. Why? Why why why damn it.

The network provider that will be selling the iPhone 3G in Australia is Optus. Optus is Singtel-owned. Singtel is suppose to sell the iPhone 3G in Singapore. And it doesn’t make sense why Australia is getting first compared to Singapore!

Quote from Wikipedia

SingTel Optus Pty Limited is the second largest telecommunications company in Australia, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Telecommunications (ASX:SGT)

What does Australia have that Singapore don’t have! Other then more land. Singapore is perfectly technologically!

Ohh wait maybe the iPhone 3G has to undergo some test by the IDA or something.
