Starhub is fucked up

Starhub is the most glitched, stupid, money hungry company ever.

After reading this, i swear you should fucking think twice before starting an account with them.

My parents had signed up for Cable Television(Initially owned by SCV and then Starhub took it over) and the Starhub MaxOnline aeons ago.

This month, October, they cut off our internet and cable television for 4 times. We called them and they said, we didn’t pay our outstanding bills.

FUCKING BULLSHIT.

At the start of October, the first time they cut off the services, they said we had an outstanding balance of $160. Fine, we paid it.

Then again a few days later, the services cut off again because we had an outstanding balance of $160.

WHERE DID THAT COME FROM.

Didn’t we paid all the bills already?

I think last week, another letter came from Starhub. URGENT, you have an outstanding bill of $160.

ARE THEY FUCKING KIDDING US?

THE MONTH OF OCTOBER HASN’T EVEN END AND THEY’RE ASKING US TO PAY THE BILLS?

My parents called them and they say that we can pay the bills at the end of the month.

But guess what?

Last night, they cut off the services again.

My parents, i don’t know them. They paid the bills of October and they didn’t bother finding out what’s happening.

So you’ll be guessing that all the services are back now?

NO BITCHES

My sister called them again this morning, guess what they say now?

YOU HAVE AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF $300.

I’ll give you a lollipop if you can tell me how that happen.

My sister, typical of her, had a bitchfit and then yelled at them.

GUESS WHAT THEY SAY NOW.

WE’RE SORRY YOU HAVE NO OUTSTANDING BALANCE NOW.

One word for that.

STUPID

And i’m so pissed.
